FAQs

Q: Is this an add-on to my existing membership?

A: No. If you are an existing member, you will be able to switch to this new membership type.

Q: The bundle includes four 1.5-hour sessions per weekday. Can I play in all four? 

A: Yes! Bundle Members can play free in any Open Play session available during the free Open Play schedule. This means you can play free for 6 hours every weekday. Plus, you can join the Sunday evening open play for free as well. That is a total of 21, 1.5-hour, sessions available for free to all bundle members on a weekly basis. That’s over 80 sessions per month!

Q: How often do I need to pay for the bundle to make sense financially?

A: If you have an Individual membership currently, the break-even point is 7 sessions/month (1.5 hours each). If you play more than 7 times a month as an individual member, the bundle offers significant value.

Q: Would those purchasing the bundle be wait-listed on any of the designated Open Plays?

A: That could only happen if we do not have any more courts available.

Q: Are there any Masters and/or Women’s Open Play included in the bundle?

A: No. The Open Plays included in the bundle are all based on DUPR levels, but you will be able to play in these at member rates.

Q: What are the DUPR ranges going to be for the Open Plays?

A: Any DUPR range that has enough interest will be available.

Q: What is the ETA for the bundled membership to open?

A: When we have enough interest to be confident the Open Plays at a certain level will fill consistently, we will announce the official signup and the Open Plays will be added to the schedule.

Q: I’m a beginner and don’t have a DUPR rating.

A: You’ll simply need to obtain a DUPR rating before you can join the bundle. Join any of our “Get a DUPR Rating” sessions and you will have a rating that same day. No scores are submitted to DUPR in Open Plays - we simply use these levels to create balanced play.

Q: Will other Open Play sessions still be offered during peak hours?

A: Yes. Open Play sessions will continue to be added each week. All members can still access these at standard member rate.
